About the Role

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office, allowing the CEO to focus on high-level decision-making and strategic planning. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team and support the CEO in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, media, and other business leaders.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
