Business Solutions Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Escient. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding our clients' needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and developing effective strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive analysis of client needs, including their goals, processes, and challenges, to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and contribute to innovative solutions.
- Create and present clear and concise reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and strategies to clients and internal teams.
- Assist in the implementation, ensuring successful execution and desired outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients and colleagues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our consulting services.
- Relevant tertiary qualification and IIBA certification is desirable.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Have business process modelling and business case writing experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and interpret large datasets.
- Proficient in tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Possess a selfless, creative, and courageous mindset, embracing challenges with resilience and adaptability.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
