Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Consultant to join our team. As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact projects that drive business value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions for clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow solutions with existing business processes.
  • Provide training and support to clients on the use of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they are able to maximize the benefits of the technology.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and functionality, identifying opportunities to leverage new capabilities to drive business value for clients.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and consulting.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects that drive business value for clients.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow features and functionality, including workflow, reporting, and integration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
