
Customer Experience Director

The Senior Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining a lifelong relationship with customers. The objective is to help them achieve their customer experience vision by advising and equipping them.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customers as their primary business point of contact throughout the customer journey.
- Understand customers' business drivers, success criteria, and KPIs to develop tailored customer success plans.
- Prescribe product adoption and use for key customer business outcomes.
- Establish regular executive business reviews with customers to track progress towards objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement of customer advocacy measures.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a technology-related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a technology or business-related field.
- Familiarity with customer experience principles to drive consultative approaches to customer interactions.
