
Customer Experience Director

We are looking for a leader to manage our inbound phone teams in Geelong. You will coach and develop customer service professionals to deliver excellent results.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading high-performing teams to achieve KPIs
- Providing training and support to team members
- Celebrating team achievements and creating a positive culture
To be successful, you need:
- Year 12 qualification and 3+ years of experience in operational management
- Experience in contact centres or customer service environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and change management experience
