- Implement the monthly service and sales plan, goals, and targets to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new starters in-store.
- Have 1-2 years' experience working in a multi-cultural retail environment with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in luxury, Fashion/Cosmetics/Lifestyle Brands with a focus on leadership and digital skills.
- A winning personality to establish trustful relationships with colleagues and customers.
