About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Recruit Personnel, providing exceptional clinical care to individuals with disabilities in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality person-centred clinical services to promote the health and wellbeing of clients.
  • Manage the clinical aspects of care, ensuring high standards of documentation and guiding Disability Support Workers in providing optimal care based on individual client needs.
  • Provide wound care, medication training, and clinical advice to house coordinators and support workers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA Nursing Registration.
  • Minimum 3 years of Registered Nurse experience.
  • Industry experience in Disability, Aged Care, or Home & Community Care.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Client Case Management Systems and MS Office.

  • A competitive salary of approximately $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
