Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include paid annual and personal leave, paid CPD leave for permanent employees, paid volunteer leave and leave for reservists.

Job Summary

As a Clinical Healthcare Professional in our defence-ready team, you will be responsible for providing quality clinical care to patients in multiple locations nationally. You will develop and maintain patient care plans, liaise with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team to provide coordinated patient management, and assess patients to coordinate outpatient and inpatient treatments.

Requirements
  • The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
  • Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Minimum of 12 months postgraduate experience within the last 5 years in an acute care, primary health care, or military setting (or part-time equivalent).
  • Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA.
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.

Working Environment

You will work across various health centres located near Sydney CBD, including Penguin, Waterhen, Kuttabul, Randwick, Watson and Victoria Barrack.
