Community Case Manager

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about making a difference in their community.
The Department of Justice and Community Safety aims to foster a positive environment that supports behaviour change.
This role is designed for someone who is skilled in case management, has strong communication skills, and can effectively work with diverse groups.
- An ideal candidate would have experience in managing complex cases, including assessment, intervention and communication skills
- They should be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and collaborate with teams outside of their organisation
This position requires a full and current Victorian driver's licence or a minimum P2 driver's licence. A degree in the social sciences or community service is highly desirable, along with at least 2 years' experience in case management.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing intensive case management to allocated residents while contributing to the daily operations of the Centre. This includes:
