**Job Overview:** Supporting corporate services and three streams, you will be responsible for operational processing of probity documentation for all employees. Key duties include:

  • Managing probity across the organisation to ensure records are maintained and renewals align with policies and procedures
  • Accurately maintaining probity information and managing regular updates of the probity register
  • Participating in implementation and review of policies and procedures, including monitoring compliance, policy, procedures, work instructions, and organisational requirements
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to prepare, undertake and maintain external licensing and accreditation requirements
  • Driving ongoing continual improvement and changes on business processes across the Employee Lifecycle

**Requirements:** You should possess strong administration skills, including excellent document management and business improvement skills. Experience maintaining employee records would be highly desirable.
