Quality Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Quality Specialist to join our team at a leading disability service provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain process frameworks to ensure continuous quality improvement.
  • Consult with stakeholders to review and update processes and procedures specific to service operations.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain Policy and Procedure Registers to ensure timely planning and reviewing.
  • Work in partnership with internal stakeholders to resolve barriers affecting the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively within the team to build rapport and maintain efficient working relationships.
  • Plan, coordinate and conduct meetings to discuss operational procedures and provide training as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Commerce or Community Service.
  • Experience in community services and/or not for profit environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with customer management systems desirable.
  • Proven ability to establish quality standards frameworks for complex organisations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and analytical abilities required.
