Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and develop teams supporting operational excellence and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Re-engineer and implement process documentation, methodologies, and guidelines within the unit.
  • Evaluate operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement to local working methods and systems.
  • Contribute to the development of employees' competencies and career paths, collaborating with senior leadership.
  • Analyse performance metrics to track adherence to business objectives, making recommendations to cross-functional teams.
  • SUPPORT developing ways of working across fulfillment channels and external service provider operations.
  • Deliver process support to operational teams and external service providers.
  • Design the annual inventory plan according to established methodologies and be responsible for the approval and escalation of inventory discrepancies.
  • Contribute to long-term strategy planning with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Lead stakeholders towards successful project implementation.
