**A little bit about the role**:
As Endeavour continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Business Improvement Specialist**
The role will include:
- Overseeing the end to end policy and process for NDIS funding streams
- Consulting with stakeholders to develop, review and update processes
- Providing expert advice and oversight in the management of complex and escalated NDIS funding cases
- Identifying and supporting the implementation of process improvement opportunities
- Overseeing the continuous improvement of client attraction process and their onboarding
- Leading and delivering on objectives identified in the growth strategy for the division, increasing utilisation rates and client numbers
- Ensuring a data driven approach to decision making and delivery of initiatives
- Facilitating workshops and providing specialist continuous improvement advice to other business units
**What will you bring**:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role in a diverse fast paced organization
- Experience within a disability or human services environment (highly desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in leading business improvement programs and initiatives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, commerce or human services
- An ability to quickly gain an understanding of billing and financial management within an NDIS environment
- Business development and revenue growth experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience, successfully engaging high performing, multidisciplinary teams
