What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify and analyse business improvement opportunities through interviews, workshops, site visits, and data analysis
  • Evaluate and interpret business needs, uncovering the true requirements behind user requests
  • Provide operational support for existing systems, including performance monitoring and issue resolution
  • Lead cross-functional teams in process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end business improvement projects, from planning to delivery
  • Educate teams on applying an improvement lens to daily work and project requests
  • Evaluate software solutions and system architecture to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Facilitate training workshops and embed a culture of change management and critical thinking
  • Participate in system and acceptance testing

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in business analysis and process improvement (ideally within construction)
  • Strong analytical and product management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Knowledge of SQL databases and experience writing stored procedures
  • Sound financial acumen and ability to interpret numerical data
  • Change management experience or qualifications highly regarded
  • Understanding of both IT and business strategy
  • Construction industry knowledge preferred but not essential
  • A collaborative, results-driven approach and the ability to build trust across teams
