Job Description

The Operations Director is accountable for the operational and financial performance of the branch. Key responsibilities include managing costs to achieve profitability targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving process improvements within the branch.

This role involves:

  • Monitoring the branch's customer satisfaction through metrics such as Net Promoter Score and Lens of the Customer
  • Ensuring service enhancements by monitoring Repair Event Cycle Time and driving process improvements within the branch
  • Managing the branch in accordance with the Annual Operating Plan and monitoring business metrics including Branch balanced scorecard, profit and loss metrics, and asset metrics
  • Nurturing business relationships with customers and developing new business partnerships and alliances for the branch
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations
  • Overseeing facilities maintenance; leases; recommending changes to facilities as appropriate
  • Fostering a culture of customer service in the branch and recruiting, developing, motivating, and retaining high-quality customer service employees
