We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our network of Executive Partners, who will work closely with business owners as part of the Board team on a long-term basis.
As an Executive Partner, you will have exclusive territorial rights to using our brand, website, case studies, business model, marketing systems, and processes for a period of years. We provide initial induction, training, and ongoing support through weekly meetings and monthly Board Meetings.
In exchange for helping to establish the business, we ask for a small initial commitment fee, a 10% royalty, and a 10% shareholding in the licensee company.
You must share our values, demonstrate empathy towards entrepreneurs, be able to fund yourself, and possess team energy. Our approach involves providing established systems and processes, access to intellectual property, training, and support to help licensees grow their business.
We operate within the Scale-Up marketplace, serving companies with 10-1000 staff and $2m-$100m turnover. Our team works directly with business owners, providing strategic and commercial skills to deliver value.
The benefits of this arrangement include reduced risk, access to established systems and processes, access to intellectual property, training and support, brand recognition, exclusive territory, and reduced investment.
Our work covers all aspects of a Board Advisor role, including strategy development, performance review, systems development, funding analysis, outsourcing, supplier analysis, pricing review, growth planning, staffing structure analysis, and board salary reviews.
