Production Scheduling Role

  • We are seeking a Production Scheduler to deliver effective, collaborative and organisational support to the Production Supervisory team contributing to compliant and seamless workforce practices impacting business outcomes.
  • The successful candidate will provide efficient production planning and scheduling to meet customer requirements and ensure smooth operations.

About the Role:

  • This position requires strong analytical skills with attention to detail, excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating the allocation of resources across departments and rosters to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and optimise output.
  • Prepare reports to guide staffing and management decisions, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective rostering strategies.
  • Provide proactive support to the production team to minimise disruptions and improve productivity.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with a focus on customer service and administrative roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in Kronos operations.
