Group Product Manager

This role involves leading a team of product managers, providing strategic insight and coaching. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, specifically with administration or user management, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage a team of product managers by providing strategic insight and facilitation.
    • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for user management within the Admin app.
    • Plan and execute features that balance customer requirements, market analysis, and resource constraints.
    • Manage the backlog and incoming feature requests, defining key success metrics.
    • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other teams on delivering unique solutions to complex problems.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of building and growing a team of 3-5 product managers within a large organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bias towards action, sense of urgency, and commitment to clarity.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence without authority at all levels of the organization.
