
Master Production Scheduler

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planner to join our team.
- As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for planning production requirements and orders raw materials and packaging to meet service levels and business inventory targets.
- You will work closely with the Planning Manager to ensure effective utilization of available resources.
- Plan production requirements and orders raw materials and packaging to meet service levels and business inventory targets.
- Utilize SAP or similar scheduling system experience to optimize production planning.
- Balancing filling requirements to meet plant filling capacity.
- Inventory management - Recognize errors in the MRP which can lead to stock imbalances and over/under production.
- Co-ordinate the weekly packaging requirements from suppliers.
- Review/change orders to consume onsite excess packaging.
- The ability to programme batches through the appropriate manufacturing routings balancing number of jobs per day to meet plant capacity.
- Experience with Schedule Adherence, Adherence to routing rules, achieve schedule sign off.
- SAP or similar scheduling system experience.
- Proven experience with compliance with internal and external audits, Incident reporting.
