**Job Title:** Social Worker – Child in Need / CP and Disabilities
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team, working with children in need and those with disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to make informed decisions, and have a flexible approach to work.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Undertake work across child in need, child protection, children in care, and children with disability teams.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to achieve good outcomes for children and young people.
- Develop and implement effective support plans for children and families.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to child protection and disabilities.
**Requirements:**
- DIPSW or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
- Social Work England registration.
- Enhanced and in-date DBS certificate.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of service needs and competent IT skills.
