Relationship Executive Portfolio Management Job Summary:
This role is crucial in delivering on the bank's purpose to build a brighter future for all. As a Relationship Executive - Portfolio Management, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Small Business clients with a focus on growth and retention.
Your Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of Small Business clients to drive growth and retention by identifying opportunities to assist them in meeting their day-to-day financial needs and medium-term goals.
- Pursue opportunities to assist clients meet their day-to-day financial needs and medium-term goals by providing tailored financial solutions through collaboration with specialists.
- Engage with clients during facility documentation and onboarding to ensure timely delivery and meet their financial needs.
- Maintain close relationships with Risk Management to maximize efficiency in lending and relationship management processes.
- Build networks of local internal and external contacts to support new business origination, new clients, and competitive intelligence gathering.
- Extensive experience in managing client portfolios with proven business originations outcomes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of bank products and financial services.
- Experience in sales or relationship management roles in Business Banking or Corporate Banking (desirable).
- Numerical and analytical skills with accuracy.
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, or related fields (desirable).
