Care Coordinator Assistant

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Care Coordinator Assistants. In this role, you will play a vital part in the lives of individuals with varying needs, providing essential support that empowers them to live their best lives.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for those who want to make a real difference in people's lives. As a Care Coordinator Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing personal care services, including showering, toileting, and dressing with dignity and respect.
- Assisting with medication administration and ensuring clients stay on track with their health.
- Supporting clients with mobility issues, using hoists and slide sheets to ensure comfort and safety.
- Performing domestic duties, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Engaging clients in their communities by attending doctor's appointments, grocery shopping, and participating in social or recreational activities they love.
What You'll Need:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A valid Driver's License and access to your own vehicle.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- A Blue Card (Working with Children Card).
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check (Working with Individuals with Disabilities).
- A commitment to infection prevention and control measures, including PPE use as directed.
- A smartphone with iOS 13.0 and up or Android 6.0 and up.
Competitive Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications, starting at $33.01 per hour.
