Power Generation Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Power Generation Engineer to join our national team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in designing and implementing power generation systems, with expertise in utility-scale power generation systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the project mechanical team to deliver high-quality design projects on time and within budget.
2. Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.
3. Provide technical support for detailed design and owner's engineer projects.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in power generation design.
3. Gas turbine, steam turbine, and/or large reciprocating engine experience or subject matter expertise.
4. Design experience with simple cycle and combined cycle power generation.

Benefits:
1. Competitive salary range: $108,661 - $204,250.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Previous experience working with an engineering power consulting or EPC firm is desired.
2. Ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments and work within an established schedule and budget.
3. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
4. Willingness to mentor less experienced engineers and EITs.
5. Proficient at working with standard Power Market Sector design software.
