- Business or real estate degree
- A solid understanding of property legislation and compliance requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience in managing leases, facilities operations, commercial fitouts, and make good obligations
- Proven ability to manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers
- Familiarity with project management principles and a customer-centric mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
