This is an opportunity to work with a reputable real estate agency on the Northern Beaches. The successful candidate will be part of a cohesive team, working alongside some of the best professionals in the industry.
The role involves managing a portfolio of properties, effectively liaising with landlords and tenants, and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage a portfolio of 100 properties
- Effectively liaise with landlords and tenants
- Rental arrears management
- Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
The ideal candidate will have previous property management experience, a current Certificate of Registration, and excellent communication skills.
