Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of clients in the Real Estate sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Corporate Banking Finance, with experience in client coverage and leadership.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in the Real Estate sector and Corporate Banking Finance field.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field, including Finance, banking, or a business-related degree from a leading university.
  • Demonstrable experience in excellent client coverage and leadership.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop new revenue/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to influence others.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments.
  • Previous experience in a leadership role providing guidance and mentorship to a developing team.
