Job Title:

Site Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sites efficiently with a focus on health and safety.
  • Have a proven background in volume/production residential construction.
  • Hold an understanding of OH&S, qualifications preferred.
  • Be licensed to drive.
  • Be proactive and action-oriented, taking responsibility and delivering agreed outcomes.
  • Have a trade background, preferably in carpentry.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make informed decisions quickly.
  • Have excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Lead by example.
  • Be highly competent in IT and software, especially Onsite Companion.
  • Value quality, accountability, and teamwork.
About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for running the site, managing a team of Labourers, Plant Operators, and Contractors, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
