Senior Building Manager Job Description

As a Senior Building Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial client interaction to the delivery of completed construction documentation.

  • Client Management & Schematic Design: Develop schematic designs that meet clients' briefs while ensuring efficient communication and feedback.
  • Design Documentation: Produce detailed building design documentation and finishes schedules to support the design package.
  • Design Management: Coordinate with other consultants to complete projects and assist in developing design packages for statutory approvals.

Additionally, you will need to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain high levels of attention to detail and accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 6 years' experience as a Building & Interior Designer or Architectural Draftsperson.
  • High-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management and prioritization.
  • Microsoft Office skills at a high level.

  • Flexibility and leadership skills.
