We are seeking an IT Technical Service Expert to provide exceptional support and guidance to our users. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving technical issues, providing software support, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, triage and respond promptly to requests received through our helpdesk
  • Provide on-site and remote software support and fault diagnosis
  • Install, configure, and test workstations, software, and peripherals on-site and remotely
  • Manage IT assets: order, receive, log, track, and update inventory records
  • Coordinate employee IT onboarding, cross-boarding, and offboarding processes
  • Perform regular system checks and maintain networks, systems, and dashboards
Ideal Qualifications
  • Demonstrated customer service experience in a technology-related field
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • ITIL certification is highly desirable
  • Superannuation or Financial Services experience is preferred
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline is essential
