At Compass Offices, we're looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Serviced Office Receptionist.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with clients and guests on a daily basis. As a key point of contact, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all client interactions are handled politely, efficiently, and accurately meet their needs.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Welcome and greet all clients and guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Maintain optimal client relations by providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Manage client check-in and check-out, ad hoc requests, and reservations

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior experience in customer service and hospitality (an advantage)
