Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer service unit, you will play a crucial role in supporting both internal and external clientele.

Your primary responsibility will be to forge a productive partnership with the sales division to meticulously record customer inquiries. This will involve managing customer orders and questions, generating precise quotations that adhere to the latest pricing structures, collaborating closely with the logistics team to guarantee timely dispatch of orders, and developing detailed sales reports for both clients and account executives.

You will also be responsible for executing inventory control and reporting with accuracy, ensuring prompt and correct entry of data and creation of Indent Purchase & Sales agreements as dictated by customer orders, coordinating the dispatch of orders to both international and local partners, communicating essential details to appropriate departments to facilitate foreign exchange transactions and credit letters as needed, verifying costings, including all associated expenses, and overseeing the tracking and administration of shipments.

  • A background in manufacturing, FMCG, or pharmaceutical sectors is advantageous.
