Dynamic Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a talented and charismatic individual to join our team as a Dynamic Customer Service Ambassador. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

The Dynamic Customer Service Ambassador will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will work closely with our beverage and food teams to deliver seamless experiences across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and train staff to meet high standards of customer service
  • Work collaboratively with the beverage and food teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Communicate effectively between departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of beverages, including wine and cocktails
  • Organize tables efficiently and provide excellent table service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic knowledge of food and allergy protocols
  • RSA certification required
