We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Coordinator to join our team. This role will involve facilitating seamless coordination and delivering exceptional customer service to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating event requirements, managing contractors, and maintaining relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service and event coordination within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. They will also have tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in event and/or venue management, as well as previous client management experience.

- Coordinate event requirements on behalf of clients, including food and beverage arrangements, event services, and ensuring compliance and safety standards are met.
- Event planning and delivery.
- Manage contractors across key services, including audio-visual, cleaning, furniture setup, car parking, and security.
- Ensure high-level detail in floor plans, event orders, work orders, and all related event documentation.
- Manage calendar of internal events.
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients.
- Oversee venue preparation and presentation, ensuring facilities and signage are set to the highest standard for every event.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service and event coordination within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in event and/or venue management.
- Previous client management experience.
- Great time management and prioritisation skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for precision and accuracy.
- Ability to excel in pressurised environments and meet deadlines.
- Experience managing stakeholders.
