This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term position based in Ballarat, where you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a Business Leader who is passionate about achieving great results for the business and the customer.
As a Community Support Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading a team of Care Workers and providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure high levels of engagement and performance.
