**The Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Head of Learning & Capability, you will develop, curate, and scale the delivery of our various onboarding, leadership and learning experiences with a continuous improvement approach to all aspects of P&C service delivery.
We're looking for a strategic and forward-thinking Learning Consultant with previous experience working in a fast-paced environment. This role will suit someone with experience in People & Culture, particularly learning and development, who enjoys working across both strategic planning and hands-on execution of learning experiences.

**Consult and partner**:

- Work with the P&C team to deliver a set of planned people initiatives that enhance employee performance, engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Effectively influence stakeholders at all levels to find forward thinking, sustainable solutions
- Support the P&C team with the administration and co-ordination of initiatives across learning, leadership, and culture. This includes but is not limited to planning, scheduling, room bookings, logistics and on-site support.

**Develop and iterate learning solutions**:

- Contribute to the enhancement of the Urbis induction and new starter experience.
- Develop, iterate & support deployment of learning materials for virtual or face to face instructor led sessions, eLearning modules, training videos, digital assets, quick reference guides and assessment tools.
- Identify, collect & analyse data to inform design, development and impact of the learning experiences you're responsible for.
- Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring that learning is effective and engaging and accessible to employees and respond to general Learning queries through the Academy inbox to support the business with learning needs.

**About You**:

- Tertiary and/or post grad qualification in Human Resources Management or Psychology is desirable.
- Excellent understanding of the business and commercial context within which P&C operates
- Has experience in influencing capability evidenced through the ability to consult and deliver best in class people solutions.
- Experience in design, delivery, facilitation, and evaluation of training
- Strong IT / computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook with experience in LMS administration, reporting, compiling and analysing data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to effectively deliver training to all levels of staff.
