Global Operations Leader
Join a dynamic organization as we seek a senior professional to drive operational excellence across finance, compliance, and service provider management. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic and operational core of a global investment portfolio and advancing philanthropic objectives.
Job Description:
Drive day-to-day operational excellence across finance, compliance, service provider management, and reporting.
Lead the implementation of AI-enabled systems to increase efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Act as a thought partner to the CEO, with an eye on sustainable growth, risk mitigation, and long-term value creation.
Serve as a key liaison between the investment committee and external advisers.
Oversee portfolio reporting, cash flow planning, capital calls, and policy implementation.
Ensure fiduciary, legal, and tax compliance across a sophisticated structure of trusts, companies, and offshore entities.
Support the ongoing operations and governance of an active charitable foundation.
Requirements:
10-20 years of commercial experience with a strong background in operational and financial acumen.
Proven ability to adapt to new and challenging situations.
A collaborative leadership style grounded in integrity, humility, and sound judgement.
A pragmatic, hands-on mindset - comfortable shifting from strategy to execution.
Strong understanding of investment principles and surrounding governance.
Discretion, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work in service of the family's values and ambitions.
