About the Role

This leadership position leads and manages a diverse portfolio of corporate support functions, including people and culture, ICT, procurement, finance, governance, legal and risk management.

The successful candidate will inspire confidence and create trust, providing strategic leadership that builds capability and engenders a culture of alignment and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage corporate support functions to ensure organisational priorities are fulfilled and service obligations are delivered to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the division.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will be professionally qualified with experience in managing diverse portfolios within an engineering, utilities or similar type organisation.

They will have broad experience leading corporate support functions including people and culture, industrial relations, procurement, legal, IT, while overseeing corporate governance, audit and risk.

A strong track record of building capability and creating a culture of alignment and excellence is essential for this role.
