Senior Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee our diverse portfolio of business services, information management, and infrastructure portfolio management.


This senior leadership role will involve managing a team of professionals across various disciplines, including corporate and business services, asset management, project planning, procurement frameworks, and financial governance.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, building collaborative relationships, and driving continuous improvement and change initiatives.


About the Role
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering corporate and business services
  • Oversee governance, financial management, procurement, and compliance frameworks
  • Manage information systems and reporting tools, including SharePoint
  • Drive continuous improvement and change initiatives across the organization
  • Provide strategic advice, analysis, and reporting to senior executives and stakeholders

About You / Qualifications
  • Senior leadership experience in business or corporate services, ideally in a construction, infrastructure, or project delivery environment
  • Knowledge of asset management, project planning, procurement frameworks, and financial governance
  • Strong experience with information/document management systems (e.g. SharePoint, version control)
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and building collaborative relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing high-level reports, business cases, and briefs
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Commercial, Project Management, or Construction Management (government procurement/document management qualifications desirable)
