We're seeking a Material Data Officer to join our team.

This role involves managing technical data and artefacts, developing logistic support plans, and ensuring compliance with JC2 SPO logistics policies.

You'll work closely with Defence entities, including Defence Digital Group, National Shipbuilding and Sustainment Group, Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group, and branches across the Navy, Army, and Air Force.

The successful candidate will have defence industry experience in data science and analytics, logistics expertise, and a strong understanding of CASG logistics processes.

  • Key qualifications include MILIS, codification catalogues, CMT-L, and completion of key logistics training, such as the Materiel Logistics Practitioners Course (MLPC), Certificate IV in Logistics Management, or Diploma of Material Logistics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities are essential for this role, along with stakeholder engagement and values alignment.

Australian citizenship and a minimum NV1 security clearance are required, as well as compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements.
