At Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach, we are seeking a visionary Director of Revenue to spearhead revenue growth and drive business excellence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic pricing and inventory management strategies, as well as conducting thorough market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify revenue opportunities and market trends.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our luxury hotel brand and make a meaningful impact on our revenue performance. If you have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets, we want to hear from you.

We offer a competitive salary of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including complimentary meal on shift, employee discounts on accommodation, dining, and lifestyle with Accor hotels, and paid birthday leave.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives. You will also have the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, as well as minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
