Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Revenue Manager to join our team. As the Revenue Growth Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing revenue and driving profitability for our property located in the vibrant urban setting of Broadbeach, Gold Coast.
Your Opportunity:- Revenue Optimization: Develop and implement strategic pricing and inventory management strategies to maximize revenue across all revenue streams including rooms and Food & Beverage.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify revenue opportunities and market trends. Utilise data-driven insights to adjust pricing and distribution strategies accordingly.
- Distribution Management: Oversee distribution channels, including OTAs, GDS, and direct channels, to ensure optimal inventory allocation and rate positioning. Manage relationships with third-party partners to drive business and negotiate favourable terms.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop accurate revenue forecasts and budgets based on historical data, market trends, and business projections. Monitor performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives. Provide strategic guidance and support to drive revenue growth and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management systems and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience.
