Role
Clinics Administrator — ACAP University College is seeking a dedicated and highly organised administrator to support the smooth, ethical, and client-focused operation of our multidisciplinary clinics.
This role ensures clinic services are accessible, efficient, and aligned with both clinical and academic standards.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the multidisciplinary clinics to ensure accessible, efficient, ethical, and client-centred operations in line with clinical and academic standards.
Qualifications
Experience in a university psychology or multidisciplinary clinic or similar educational training facility.
Strong administrative skills; ability to manage day-to-day issues in a complex, fast-moving environment with multiple priorities.
Ability to problem solve, think critically, and lead the use of clinic management systems and practice software.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build effective relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
Working toward or holding a relevant tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, counselling, criminology, or a related field.
