Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as the Workplace Gender Equality Partnerships Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about promoting workplace gender equality and supporting small independent organizations in achieving growth and sustainability.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in partnership development, strategic planning, and organizational development. They will be responsible for supporting small independent organizations delivering WGE services by enhancing their strategic planning, organizational development, and financial management to achieve growth and sustainability.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing support for workstream planning and reporting that delivers strong strategic alignment between workstream activities and IW's end-of-program outcomes.
  • Facilitating mid-range strategic planning with DFAT and partner organizations.
  • Developing and setting targets for organizational expansion.
  • Establishing, monitoring, and reporting on milestones, Key Performance Indicators, and income targets.
  • Providing advice and support to strengthen partners' organizational capabilities and operational effectiveness.
  • Offering access to economic modeling tools to analyze the cost structures of service delivery, identify break-even points, and determine required levels of subsidization for growing membership and clientele.
  • Oversleep effective contract management for partners, including payment acquittal and budgetary oversight.
  • Assisting partners in identifying and capitalizing on new income opportunities, such as through service offerings, membership fees, and strategic partnerships.
