Program Business Lead Opportunity

This is a leadership role where you will be responsible for shaping and managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and guiding delivery to ensure alignment with business priorities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Set direction and lead the program-wide product backlog, ensuring it reflects business priorities and strategic outcomes.
  • Solution Development: Translate high-level requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria, maintaining end-to-end traceability from requirements to delivered functionality.
  • Solution Design: Lead design workshops, process mapping, and solution walkthroughs to validate feasibility, usability, and scalability of solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Gather and synthesise stakeholder input, secure formal business sign-off on requirements before design.
  • Team Management: Coordinate/guide a team of functional consultants/business analysts and user champions, establishing expectations and managing quality of deliverables through coaching and mentoring.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure features meet business expectations against acceptance criteria, drive continuous improvement through sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives.
