About the opportunity

The Senior Land Advisor reports to the Senior Manager, Land and will be responsible for advising on all matters relating to the identification, accessing, leasing, divestment, and acquisition of land for project purposes and, where necessary, management or disposal of land assets. The role will involve providing sound professional advice and assistance for both private, government and Crown land matters, and use of powers under the relevant legislation, and will support the broader Land team in the assembly of land for Rail and Infrastructure construction (including access, acquisition and possession) and subsequent management of acquired properties.
