We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Water Storage Solutions Expert. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless sales coordination.

  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide expert advice on rural water storage solutions.
  • Manage customer escalation processes effectively, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to process orders and payments, rectifying discrepancies as needed.
  • Work closely with the Installations team to process additional fittings and items in existing orders.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong understanding of water storage solutions and be able to provide expert guidance to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
