About our Company:

Billabong Self Storage is a WA owned and operated Self Storage Company with purpose-built Facilities across Perth offering a range of storage solutions for both personal and commercial use.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Part Time Customer Service Officer who is self motivated and able to work autonomously at our Gnangara Facility.

The position is approximately 11.5 hours a week on Friday & Saturday, with the ability to cover extra hours when necessary.

The role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Performing transactions such as invoicing and payment receipting.
  • Following up overdue accounts.
  • Updating and maintaining records on our data system.
  • Performing general administration tasks - including banking and postage.
  • Responding to and managing walk-in and telephone enquiries, with the highest service level offering to our customers.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Maintaining Facility grounds to the highest levels - including general maintenance and cleaning.

What you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in retail, sales and customer service. Experience in the Self-Storage industry is highly regarded/preferable.
  • A proven track record in achieving sales and KPIs.
  • A passion for delivering customer service excellence, with an above and beyond attitude and work ethic.
  • An enthusiastic team player with a 'hands on approach' to a diverse range of tasks – customer sales, service, administrative support and Facility maintenance.
  • Must be computer literate and have well developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Current full driver's license
