Job Description

A high-impact Aviation Program Manager is required to spearhead partnerships with world-leading airlines.

This role involves leading the planning and implementation of deliverables to meet client goals and priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer management, industry experience, and technical skills.

They must be able to work cross-functionally, communicate effectively, and drive results-oriented solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage internal resources for delivery of technical solutions.
  • Document program and customer progress and financial performance.
  • Identify and manage customer services deficiencies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to propose new solutions.
  • Function as the primary driver of communication between clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include developing resource utilization and planning tools, implementing established program management processes, and leading timely resolution of key issues.

The Aviation Program Manager will also ensure that the team adheres to contracts and client agreements.

Candidates must have strong people and time management skills, good judgment, and the ability to independently evaluate situations.

Candidates must be based in Florida and have flexibility to travel quarterly to customer sites.
