Senior Project Lead Aviation Jobs

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead the delivery of complex aviation projects.

  • Manage multiple projects from inception to completion.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience as a Project Director, Associate Director, or similar role in the aviation sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Able to manage up and down, leading direct reports and updating senior leadership.
  • Detailed focus, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Relationship building is crucial in this role.
  • A willingness to mentor, develop, and support team growth while delivering outstanding project outcomes.
