Aviation Leadership Opportunity

A global aviation expert is sought to lead a team in Air Traffic Management (ATM) across the ANZ region. As a key member of Egis's international ATM experts, you will develop and strengthen relationships with clients including Airservices, CASA, Airways NZ, Civil Aviation Authority NZ, and Pacific Island Air Navigation Providers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business development activities to build order intake in ANZ.
  • Deliver high-quality ATM projects for ANZ and Pacific clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients including Airservices, CASA, Airways NZ, and other Air Navigation Service Providers.
  • Collaborate with international teams to leverage global expertise and deliver superior proposals.
  • Support recruitment and development of additional ATM resources as the pipeline grows.

Requirements:
  • 8 - 10+ years' experience in Air Traffic Management / Aviation consulting.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record in winning and delivering work in a consultancy environment.
  • Experience working in a matrix, global consultancy, building relationships across regions.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
